Shell Beach Hotel & Spa - Hammamet

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace to relax on. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and I had no complaints about it. The hotel had a nice pool and a green atmosphere throughout, which added to the luxurious feel. I also appreciated the convenient location, with the Marina just a short walk away.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

the hotel is beautifully designed and the reception area has a charming ambiance. the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. the animation team provided fun and enjoyable entertainment. the restaurant offered a good variety of food options, although it's important to be on time as they tend to close promptly. the room I stayed in was comfortable and well-maintained, with everything in working order. the heated indoor pool was a wonderful addition and provided a relaxing experience.

The toilet was not good anymore because the toilet lid and seat was broken when we arrived, but we reported it but no reaction.

The location is great, just a short 5 minute walk to the market at Nabuel on the sea front and the beach. Prices are touristy, but that's to be expected in a popular spot. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy with a great maid service every day. Breakfast is fantastic with a good choice of different food options. the staff are friendly and the service received was exceptional. the animation and evening entertainment was lots of fun.

The playing area for kids is missing and the hotel lacks facilities for snacks, especially if you pay for all-inclusive.

The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. The room was small and cramped, with old furniture and stained carpets.

Being a vegetarian, I found the breakfast and dinner options surprisingly good and tasty. The hotel staff recommended cost-effective taxi-shares, which helped me save a lot of money. I loved the greenery on the hotel grounds, especially the trees and plants around the reception area. The location provided easy access to the beach and the nearby Marina with some great lunch options and amazing views.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location, walking distance from all attractions. the pool area is fantastic, spacious and well-maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The food was quite disappointing, with limited options and repetitive dishes. Not many vegetarian options available either.

We had an amazing experience during our city break at this hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us whenever we had a question or needed something. the hotel had a stunning spa, where we were able to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring the city.
